About the No. 1 Reverend, Captain Bill

Captain Bill started his boating career at the age of eleven. He bought a canoe from a neighbor for fifty cents. It dosen't sound like much money now but in 1958 he had to work all day at a boat gas barge on the Mississippi River cleaning, and handling the lines of boats stopping for fuel. In 1959 his parents moved to California and young Captain Bill fell in love with the ocean. Captain Bill knew in an instant he would one day make his living working on the water. He holds a "100 Ton Masters License" issued by the United States Coast Guard and works as a Relief Captain for several agencies along the Southern California Coast.

Captain Bill Catlett has been officiating at weddings since 1997 in Southern California. Reverend Bill Catlett is a non-denominational minister, and will help you plan your wedding day with YOU in mind.
